Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will start as an individual sales contributor to an assigned region, with a goal to gain market footprint and progressively build a commercial team as success materializes. He/she will lead our revenue generation and business development efforts for a territory (e.g. North America, UK & Nordic Countries, Central & Eastern Europe), report to the Chief Commercial Officer, and be in charge of growing Veracity Protocol’s footprint in the region, covering all aspects of the sales process as well as building strong indirect channel partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of solid experience selling innovative and transformative SaaS, platform-based solutions as well as a proven network of prospects, customers, and partners in a selected territory. The ideal candidate will join us with a proven track record at developing new business and selling solutions in a new technology space especially around Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Blockchain & NFT, Machine Learning (ML/AI), and Computer Vision. Moreover, the candidate will demonstrate a customer-centric mindset through a strong mix of business domain expertise in sectors such as Luxury Goods & Apparel, CPG/FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Machine Building, or Toys as well as soft skills needed for a solution-oriented sales leader.

He/she should be a highly autonomous, hands-on individual used to working independently and fitting the culture of a start-up scaling up.

We are looking for a result-oriented commercial leader, capable of meeting ambitious growth KPIs  with people development and managerial ambitions and skills. As market penetration grows, he/she will be responsible for building a team of talented sales professionals for the region (including account management, partner management, product specialists, etc.).
